Everything you need to know before (and after) you buy a pattern from Stitchy Crochet.

What exactly am I buying?

A digital crochet pattern in PDF format — clear, step-by-step written instructions with photos. You are not buying a finished item, yarn, or a hook. Nothing is shipped to you.

How do I get my pattern?

Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through you'll see a download button on the confirmation page, and we email you a download link too. Save the PDF to your phone, tablet, or computer, or print it at home.

I can't find my download email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there after 30 minutes, email us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Are the patterns beginner-friendly?

Many are! Every product page lists the skill level, hook size, yarn, and finished size so you can pick a project that matches your experience. If you know basic stitches (chain, single crochet, double crochet, increases and decreases), you'll be able to follow our beginner and easy patterns.

Do the patterns use US or UK crochet terms?

Our patterns are written in English using US crochet terminology unless the product page says otherwise.

Can I sell items I make from the pattern?

Yes — you're welcome to sell finished handmade items in small quantities (craft fairs, your own shop). Please don't use our photos, and don't share or resell the PDF itself. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Can I get a refund?

Because patterns are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. But if a file is broken, wrong, or you were charged twice, we'll fix it or refund you — see our Refund Policy.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Enter it in the discount field at checkout (or in the cart). Only one code can be used per order.
