1. Who we are

Stitchy Crochet is an online store operated by Marvo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Stitchy Crochet", "we", "us"). By visiting stitchycrochet.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy.

2. What we sell

We sell digital crochet and knitting patterns in PDF format ("Patterns"). Patterns are instructions only. Finished items, yarn, hooks, and other supplies shown in product photos are not included. Product photos show what the finished project can look like when the pattern is followed; your results may vary with yarn, tension, and skill.

3. Ordering and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is complete when payment has been received, and your download becomes available immediately afterwards. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent or violates these Terms.

4. Digital delivery

Patterns are delivered as a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and to save the file. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we will help — see our Digital Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

Because Patterns are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. License — what you may and may not do

When you buy a Pattern you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

  • download, save, and print the Pattern for your own use;
  • make as many finished items from it as you like for yourself, as gifts, or for charity;
  • sell finished handmade items made from the Pattern in small quantities (e.g. craft fairs, your own small shop), provided you don't use our product photos and don't claim the design as your own.

You may not:

  • share, forward, post, upload, resell, or give away the PDF or any part of it — including translations, rewrites, videos, or screenshots of the instructions;
  • use the Pattern for mass production;
  • use our product photos or text in your own listings, ads, or social media as if they were yours.

All Patterns, photos, and text remain the intellectual property of Stitchy Crochet / Marvo LLC and its licensors and are protected by copyright law.

7. Accounts and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use our store for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Patterns are provided "as is". While we work hard to make every pattern clear and error-free, we don't guarantee that a Pattern will be free of mistakes or suit a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marvo LLC's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Pattern. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the laws of the state or country where you live.
